Community
The estate also has a community hall for use by the residents. Activities including morning tea gatherings, indoor bowls, craft sessions and hairdresser visits on a regular basis are organised and coordinated by residents. A library also operates from the hall allowing residents to borrow books and DVDs.
The estate grounds include Tom Wyatt Parkland along Lion Creek. The parkland offers an additional recreation space for residents with the area being partially serviced by concrete paths, a gazebo, seating and barbecue which is available for use by residents. A fruit orchard and community garden are added attractions being developed in the parkland.
